KONSEP PENGUPAHAN KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DALAM MANAJEMEN ISLAM
This study is aimed to discuss about the regulations for remunerating of company employees, which has been taught in Islam. According to Islam, wage is a reward which someone gets for his/her work in the form of material in here (just and proper), and in the form of merit in here after (a better reward). Thereby, the remunerating concepts in Islam are: First, remunerating in Islam is bearing with moral very much. Second, remunerating in Islam is not only limited to materials (materialism or mundane) but also to here after dimension (merit). Third, remunerating in Islam is given basely on justice principle. Fourth, remunerating in Islam is given basely on eligibility principle. Based on these remunerating concepts, remunerating regulations in Islam which are able to be concluded are just and proper. Just means: (1) transparent and clear, (2) proportional. While proper means (1) enough food, clothing and housing, (2) marketable
